CRO Jinja Project

CRO Jinja is the second project initiated in 1998, after a successful implementation of the CRO Mbale project. CRO Jinja is found 80km East of Kampala in Jinja district. The project office and drop in center is situated on Oboja Road, plot 5 in Jinja town.Since its initiation, CRO Jinja has assisted over 500 street children.

CRO Jinja, in collaboration with Masese primary school have constructed a library building, which will benefit the pupils in the school. Plans to equip the library with the necessary textbooks are still going on. 41 children attend the rehabilitation class ,158 children attend Primary schools,173 children attend Secondary schools, 105 attend vocational schools while 8 attend Tertiary institutions.
