I am Wangaya Ronald, aged 27 years and Bachelors of Economics & Management graduate from Uganda Christian University, Mukono. I joined CRO when I was a little boy at the age of 14years when I was picked from the streets after facing parental negligence.
CRO social workers picked me off the streets in 2000 where I used to sleep hungry, sleep in tunnels, suffered from all types of diseases and torture through beatings from fellow children and law enforcers.
While at CRO, I was rehabilitated, given food, bought me a school uniform and paid my schools fees. CRO gave me a chance to study in Norway through Youth Exchange Programme and toured Germany.
I am so grateful that now am an Economist and can speak Germany. I am going to study Masters in Economic Policy and Management.
