Child Restoration Outreach Jinja is one of four centres across Uganda working under the same umbrella vision to see... Children formerly living on the streets holistically transformed into productive and responsible persons in society.

All four centres seek to achieve this vision through resettling children into stable family structures within their communities and enabling them to receive an education. Currently Jinja, 43 children are under rehabilitation, 98 in primary, 4 in Secondary and 4 young people in Informal vocational Training.

We are grateful to our partner Suubi Lya Baana e.V  for supporting a number of children under primary and Secondary education.

United in name and vision, and with the oversight, support and encouragement of the same national board, the four centres also have the autonomy to run independently, implementing their own projects and strategies specific to their area.

The project office and drop in centre is situated on Oboja Road, plot 5 in Jinja.
