Celebrating the Day of African Child- CRO Uganda
On 16th June ,2022, Child Restoration Outreach -Uganda joined the rest of Afrca to celebrate the Day of the African Child. This year's theme of the Day of the African Child “Eliminating Harmful Practices Affecting Children: Progress on Policy & Practice since 2013” is particularly relevant for the protection and reintegration of conflict-affected children as harmful practices and social norms as well as negative coping mechanisms
Much emphasis was also put on eleminating child labor especially in Masaka as the CRO Programs Manager explains in the video.
